Views of the Mont Blanc Range
Léamont is part of the municipality of Finhaut in the Swiss canton of Valais, on the French border, halfway in between Martigny and Chamonix.
The triangle marks the spot from which the top of Europe can best be explored.
On foot
The trail leads from Finhaut to Six Jeur above Emosson and offers a fantastic view of the Mont Blanc Massif along the entire route.
By mountain bike
Built in the middle of the 19th century, the historical Route des Diligences goes through spectacular landscapes from gorges to forests connecting the oldest resorts of the Alps.
By road bike
Finhaut-Emosson from Finhaut, follow in the footsteps of the greatest riders of the 2016 Tour de France to the Emosson dam. A tough climb with an exceptional panorama of Mont-Blanc.
This road is closed in winter but accessible by cross-country skiing.
By funicular

By train
A link between the plains and the mountains, Switzerland and France, the Mont Blanc Express has connected Martigny to Chamonix for more than a century.

Reach the Aiguille du midi in one of the highest cable car in Europe.
On skis
The path to the peak Bel Oiseau, is a beautiful cross country skiing route passing just above Finhaut. From there you have a gorgeous view over the Emosson lake and the Mont Blanc.
